Highlights: The very best of these ‘factories’ are recognized by Vietnamese people as the best producers of a particular object; and enjoy national recognition for their handiwork. Everything from firecrackers to silk paintings; woodcarvings to ceramics and puppets to pottery are made in these locations and can make unique gifts for friends and family. When paying a visit; you can chat with these artisans and even try the handiwork yourself.

8:00 Am, Asia Top Travel's tour expert will pick you from your hotel, drive to Bat Trang - traditional ceramic village. You will have chance to see firsthand the ancient art of ceramic making at a workshop. In Bat Trang village, almost of the families producing these fine works of art have been doing so for at least 400 years.
From Bat Trang we return to Hanoi and continue to the south to the village of Ha Thai, which specializes in making lacquered bamboo products.
Nearby is Bang So village, which produces bamboo and rattan goods. Enjoy our picnic lunch at a shady place.
After lunch we head to Van Phuc traditional silk village where the most famous Vietnamese silk is made. We have a chance exploring and purchasing in this ancient village.
Back to Hanoi around 05.00 pm
